North Bound

Can someone pick me up in Weed? I am at he Pilot Gas Station on Vista Drive. I am slowly dying. I have heart failure (my feet swollen for nearly two years). My feet are the most abused--broken bones and a twisted ankle. I have a snapped tendon in my right knee. My mouth needs attention quite badly.

Please help.
