Okay, what do we know about affordable housing? It's not affordable! It's not affordable for disabled persons, retirees, or even your EMT or fireman! (Let alone teachers or retail workers!) They have to depend on someone else to provide housing or live far, far away from the community they service.

I am tired of hearing...not in my backyard! Grow up people! Show a little compassion and humble yourselves---then maybe, you'll get to heaven!

So what do you do? You build community centers, you provide company housing for firefighters (above or near their stations), teachers near their schools and retailers--everywhere! (I'll expand on firefighters later...)
