Taste Bud Surprise: Gus's Deli Restaurant

Gus's isn't something I would've chosen for myself. It follows the rule: "looks can be deceiving!" You might ask, "What do I mean by that?" It's in a strip mall--not a problem. It's got pictures of food in window for the menu--helpful, yet slightly not? ...Maybe it's because they fade...and the color palette is just wrong!

The menu item of choice: The Breakfast Sandwich: between two slices of white bread, bacon, fried egg, hash browns, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise! The result: deliciousness!

Have I been back? Yes, and will I? Yes. What I decided is Gus's Deli is that it is perfect for the "dive bar crowd".

My suggestion: they get a take-out paper menu... And put a table and chairs outside!
