Super Bug

A super bug is created when too many antibiotics are prescribed (or not enough!--let me explain!) You can be prescribed antibiotics when you don't need them--this does you no good--nor anyone else--it actually makes your body less immune--let your body fight off minimal bacterial infections naturally--this will build your immune system! Not enough is when your bacterial infection does not go away in the amount of time you are prescribed antibiotics. For instance, I went to urgent care for a terrible chest cold, mucus and shortness of breath. They prescribed antibiotics for 5 days! Not enough time! When I went back to tell them I wasn't better, she would not prescribe more! Malpractice.

I eventually went tot he ER where they quarantined me. They were vague about my diagnosis--rhinitis, influenza, walking pneumonia but no COVID--I had been tested numerous times in a row for that! They put me on a liquid antibiotic and a couple days later discharged me with a z pack! Still not 100%!

Another, itty bitty no-no is hand sanitizer! It destroys both the good and bad bacteria on your hands. The small amount of bacteria on your hands will build your immune system. Deleting all bacteria weakens your immune system because you don't get exposed to mutated strains! So, when the super bug hits--beware!

Another note. Relax and don't clean so much at home! Leave a little bacteria around to strengthen your immune system! For instance, do those door handles really need to be cleaned? Maybe, maybe not!
