Spirituality

• pray with eyes open and in silence--don't let others know you are praying!

• The Golden Rule: do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

• meditate

• compassion

• have a belief in a higher consciousness

You can be spiritual without being religious!

Matthew 6:6

But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father [God] in private. Then your Father, who sees everything, will reward you.
