Sewer Smell

I have been in a number of establishments to notice a sewer smell coming form the bathroom. I let management know they need to call a plumber because the toilet wax ring is either broken or missing altogether! The wax ring is a barrier between the air and the sewer and if its broken then you have sewer smell!
