Self-Realization Fellowship

A week and a half ago I went to the Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) to see what I should see and find what I may find. Well, there is a downstairs room for meditation and then different services throughout the day. I made it to the 11:00 AM service, in which I did say my oms--for the second time in my life!

This organization was founded in 1920 and based on Kriya Yoga breathing and meditation techniques in a personal effort to become closer to God and Guru (founder)!
