Seattle weather = Seattle coffee culture.
Tully's Coffee: headquarters used to be located at the old Rainier Brewery location but what happened to it, where'd it go?
Peet's Coffee: new to the area, not sure it's welcome. it's a bit sinister in comparison!
Starbuck's Coffee: put Seattle on the map for coffee and tea. first located at Pike Place Market...now a worldwide and out-grown its britches!
Cherry Street Coffee: good coffee, good gyro!
Cafe Vita: in West Seattle on the way to the Fauntleroy Ferry--find it!
Zoka Coffee Company: Zoka Coffee Roasters: a hidden gem within the Green Lake neighborhood and a treasure to University of Washington students!...and others!
Cafe Ladro: Tall man logo makes it mysteriously intriguing...a number of locations but I distinctly remember the Fremont neighborhood!
Caffe D'arte: located downtown Seattle in two locations that I know of...one off of 2nd Avenue near Pike Place Market and the other in Pioneer Square--go there for great eats! yummm...steak sandwich!
Uptown Coffee: located at the base of Queen Anne and also near the Alaska Junction in West Seattle...
Dutch Brothers: a drive-thru delight!
And...the original coffee house--the diner! With all these coffee houses I am speaking from memory and there may be more locations or more to it! Venture out and enjoy!
