Santa Clara Transportation Authority!

Needs improvement! Here is my gripe:

• bus service starts after 8:00 AM despite online sources stating otherwise!

• bus service ends early in the evening--not around 11:00 PM

• people go to work and play all throughout the day and night so why should bus service end?

• they did away with the $3.00 Day Pass which basically makes bus service unaffordable to the under-privileged...who use the bus service in the first place!

• it takes a whole day to use bus service to get to where you need to go...routes need improvement, expansion and more frequency!

• a bus shelter and bench should be at every stop...as well as a garbage can!

• bathrooms and vending machines and/or food trucks need to happen on the routes! Why is it that bus drivers get restrooms but not patrons?

• bus schedules showing times are inaccurate...bus schedules could be improved.

You would get more patrons if:

1. teenagers didn't dominate the morning commute! why is there no school bus for California high schools?!

2. offer free or minimal cost for bus passes for patrons--make it less money than operating and parking a vehicle!
