Salad Dressings!

When dieting and eating in general most salad dressings are problematic because they are made with hydrogenated oils rather than extra virgin olive oil. So if you are eating a salad you might be thinking you are on a diet but think again! (Oils made from corn make you gain weight and it is unrecognized by your body so your body stores it as fat!)


Instead of typical shelf salad dressings use these:

  • extra virgin olive oil and vinegar

  • Lite House dressings in the refrigerated area of produce

  • make your own with extra virgin olive oil
