You are what you eat? Well, what about the type of dairy you drink? There's cow's milk, goat milk, and sheep's milk. But also alternatives like soy, rice, almond, oat and coconut milks. So what is the best for you? It's more than just a choice--it also depends on your blood type! You may opt for a plant derivative if you are Type A. But if you are an O blood type I would highly recommend cow's milk!
But did you know there are different kinds of cow's milk?! A1 and A2. A1 is from a typical Holstein cow and A2 is from a pure bred cow. A1 causes health problems and A2 is better for your health! Seek out A2 milk! And stay away from soy...
