Quality Control.

Okay. I've been frequenting this American restaurant chain store and it is all immigrants working (from Third World countries). Problems:

• their priority is the drive thru

• they depend on self-help kiosks--get rid of them!

• cleanly standards aren't up to par

Now, I've been in a few times and there is no one manning the front register...very unwelcoming. A sit-down meal started off badly and there may not be a return customer for some! The self-help kiosks are a customer service nightmare...and maybe people do use them because of a language barrier! Why not have an app to order your food--get rid of the kiosks! I asked for my table to be wiped down and the worker used a dry napkin! I told him it needed a cleaner and he either didn't care or didn't understand. Disappointing.

A plus.+ I love the soda pop or coffee any size for a $1.49.

(Note to business owners! Hire Americans!

Why do I say this? Immigrants should take the necessary steps to become citizens and thus "Americans" if they so wish to reside amongst us!)
