You can find Continuing Education classes at Community Colleges. Or if you want a resume builder, enroll in a Certificate Program! A Certificate Program gets you ready for a vocational skill, like being a Care Taker--a majority of the programs are health related--investigate with a school counselor today (or make an appointment)!

I took some Continuing Education classes at Maine College of Art (MECA) in Portland, Maine. One was Mixed Media Portraiture--one image as you'll see is "AlysiaPortrait4_14_2012", 24"x19" acrylic on paper was a class assignment--the assignment was to put yourself in a famous painting! I chose a Gustav Klimt painting, detailed it and changed the color! Sorry, for not explaining that on my art website...

I also took a Still Life class and then later enrolled at a Pottery Co-op to do some ceramics. I loved Mixed Media Portraiture, disliked the Still Life class and I don't consider myself a ceramist!
