Population Decline: Puppies And Kitties

Whatever happened to puppies and kitties giveaways at the local grocery store? The Humane Society (HS) is what happened. The HS and other adoption/rescue centers require an adoptable animal to be fixed before it can go home with you! So population decline after all these years of this practice!

Now is a time for policy changes! Give us puppies and kittens--no more paying an exorbitant amount of money for non-purebred animals. Of course adult pets are equally loveable but the bond is not the same!
