Weight loss comes from eating right for your blood type! Exercise is for building muscle and burning today's calories. (There are also types of exercises recommended for different blood types.) Your body will shed its fat when you eat fat! Otherwise, if you neglect your body of fat--your body will go into starvation mode and store all the fat it can!


Note to self: avoid diet products!


(Find what best works for you! If you suffer from diabetes or epilepsy or inflammation try the ketogenic diet!)
