Food is your medicine--quit boycotting organic foods! And treat your mind, body and soul to some nourishment!

Apple cider vinegar: high blood pressure

Coconut oil: apply to skin for skin problems

Zinc: healing wounds

Epsom salt: achy back, swelling

Dandelion: detox

Prunes: constipation

Gingko biloba: memory

Japanese kampo: psychological health

St. John's Wort: depression
