What is a monopoly? It is when a company has control of the market. Even though one company might sell with other sellers--the parent company can still be a monopoly! An online retailer is one as such--and it controls the prices and charges 30% fee for your sale on the site.
If one agreed or found out to be a monopoly--it would need to be divided up and sole to others--that gets rid of the monopoly!
