Mental Health Technicians...

Some get their 4-week certificates in the United States. Some in Third World countries and some buy it online! What I have noticed is that the mental health hospitals are inundated with immigrant workers! (Including the doctors!) Who speak broken English--they don't understand what I am saying and some can barely understand them! They come with different values and customs and treat people differently than an American would! I don't believe their curriculum is the same nor is their work experiences!!! Where have all the Americans gone from this industry? Why all the free work visas? I heard 100 million immigrants have infiltrated the United States since Joe Biden's Presidency!

I have seen reverse discrimination from these people where the patient who is white and American gets treated worse than a colored person! We welcome these immigrants into our country yet they treat Americans horribly to the point of murder!

Another thing...their pay...

MHT II .... approximately $18.00 /hour (minimum wage)

for a double shift approximately $36.00 /hour

for a triple shift approximately $76.00 /hour

So what does this mean? They are overworked, take advantage of tax dollars by working overtime, and are tired and mean on the job!

Just ask any nurse about working overtime and their pay!
