Have you noticed? Immigrants who speak broken English, if any at all are getting the jobs? The problem with hiring ESL (English as a Second Language) persons is that most of them cannot understand what you are saying! Their is a barrier. And if you choose to employ someone with a language barrier it could become a conflict with a customer and a lawsuit!
