Gas Fraud

Gas prices have seen some nasty fluctuations in the last year. We have seen $6.00/gallon we have seen $4.00/gallon. But what is driving those prices? Has South America and other countries seen the same responses--to what? It is my suspicion that gas prices are subjective! Who is setting gas prices in the United States? It's not representative of what is going on in the world! My guess is they want to spend all my money!
