• Applies to individuals making $125,000 per year or less"

This is an executive action by President Biden!

Does the loan have to be outstanding because I want loan reimbursement on my education!

A Pell Grant is awarded to an undergraduate student exhibiting dire financial need who hasn't earned a undergraduate degree yet. And by law, a Pell Grant doesn't have to be repaid!

Therefore--why are we awarding loan forgiveness to Pell Grant recipients? Who are these people?
