Dire Need For Shelter

Am I beating a rug? It's necessary! There are human beings sleeping under the stars with no warmth and no protection! Some people like to say (I have overheard it) they choose to be homeless; when the fact is--no one really wants to deal with a homeless person by asking questions, telling them where services are or give them a job! Many have work history and a college education!

There is a dire need for shelters in every community! In an online article, San Francisco's mayor is:
