A new baby is expected to bring joy, laughter and love...no one expects the mother to feel anxiety and feel like she has no time for her own needs! What are her own needs? Anything from taking a shower, talking on the phone, working or out of the house socializing...Needless to say, the family also expects the mother to take care most of the needs of the baby, other children, cooking, laundry and cleaning! I've said this saying before, "It takes a village to raise a child!"

Seek help from a friend, a neighbor, a family member, a church member!
