Biography Of Me!

I grew up in Washington State--the Evergreen State, home of the Emerald City and the Columbia--the second largest river in the United States! (Warning! I wouldn't enter the Columbia at its mouth because it is nicknamed "the Graveyard.")

My young heart's vacations with the family were spent going to Eastern Washington, car camping in and around Vantage, Washington. I was a tomboy in my early years primarily because I grew up with brothers. I was the middle child-=a shy, introvert. I heard my voice in middle school playing fastpitch and became more out going! And assertive. (The coaches made us middle schoolers call every play to keep our heads in the game and to know where to throw the ball next. I had to raise my voice and thus I was!)

I have a two year degree where I specialized in Interior Design; BA in Anthropology from the University of Washington and a BFA in Photography (Film) from the University of Southern Maine and I dabbled in Interior Design classes at the Art Institute of Seattle. If I could I would probably be a forever student but for now I blog Basil's Veil!
