Baby Boomers Retire

Baby boomers are retiring in record numbers. They are the babies that came after World War II. It has been said there will not be enough social security to cover the baby boomer's needs and we will lose it as a nation at some point (including disability). The time is now?

Our country is in crisis and retirements accounts 1) aren't big enough 2) will disappear without any compensation! Do yourself a favor--keep your day job, pick up a hobby where you can earn money and/or get re-educated/apprenticeship for a new avenue!

There will be a smaller worker pool of people if everyone decides to retire. This will affect the economy in a negative way--so they say. I think people of today should pick up a side hustle as well as their day job to help compensate for today's expensive economy, and live at a Community Center for affordable living, or live multiple generations in a single house.

Baby boomers are the biggest generation that we have seen! Their actions will affect us. Hire a Baby boomer--they have knowledge and experience!
