A Little Explanation! (China Bikes)

There was some discomfort about the title "China Bikes". Rad Power Bikes is one bike manufacturer I saw on the streets of California. It is a Seattle based design company who manufactures their bikes in China. It is Chinese parts people! Subject to suspicion of foul play to be seen. Have them investigated! And don't trust the ride!

I like to call it a mini moped. But should children be allowed on the streets with no driver's license? -- I think not! Regulation is needed!
