Why?

Why is Zona Rosa, a restaurant, located in Los Gatos, California still in business? They served me horse meat nachos! How you can tell is that it smells like opening a can of dog food! Not legal!!!

Back track and find out who their suppliers are, or were! I have reported this to the health department months ago! Were they simply fined with such sinser action? Shut Zona Rosa down! And don't eat there! Waste of space in my backyard!

Are they still serving horsemeat to the unsuspecting few? What ramifications does the health department have?
